Messenger with Attendant Transfigures Slave Girl
There are three main participants in this vista. To the center right, in near profile, a yellow-hued, internally illuminated, large-headed equine entity looks left. It is said in Hamlet’s Mill Appendix 19 that Vishnu assumed a form of “An equine head of great effulgence,” meaning the equine head of celestial authority is an avatar of Vishnu. Embedded into the surging profile, dark orange and brown hues enfold interior balusters and moldings of unaccustomed shapes. The swirling patterns demand congruence as they press forward. Webbed crossbeams are sweeping into dark lines and yellow edges of familiar shapes hidden from recognition in the interior of the equine entity. Looking left, it has a large head and open mouth at center right. A hoof at lower center right spikes the ground. It gives way to a larger, toed foot deployed further left of the hoof. While the hoof demarcates an equine shape, the toed foot depicts a more cat-like or leonine form.
It is hoped for eons of time that allies are shown drawn together in embrace.
To the left, a dark-hued figure steps out of the shadows. The deceivingly feminine appearance of the ancient messenger notwithstanding, her body is covered with strapped articles and equipment. She is walking through a surging energy plasma, on a journey begun far in the blurred distance at the left edge. Items hang from her hips. Shaped like a knife, the item at her right hip reveals shapes in the distance far behind. The item at her left hip, like a beacon, aids in surmounting the path. Left of center, her right arm appears to be raised in a near-salute. Note her elbow can be seen with a red haze on it. Careful visual construction shows the raised hand with a thick wristband giving the thumbs-up signal, as we know it. Alternately, her right hand can be viewed as lowered, rather than raised. Her retracted fingers of the right hand appear at her beltline, beside the headgear of the smaller counterpart. Viewed in this manner, the messenger appears to be striding confidently forward.
Her left arm is stretched out in front of her. Within Orichalcum alloy, thickened, prehensile fingers grasp an item resembling a container. Her left hand and visible fingers hold an object. The container-like object is wrapped by her metallic probe-like appendages. This grasping hand appears below the smiling, toothy mouth of the equine entity.
At her left shoulder is an attachment. A green thorn grows on her shoulder. A brier of antlers sprouts out. The green neural-rope armor-apparatus connected to the natural, generalized brain of the environment encircles and informs her. The container item she holds in her left hand forms a piece of the neural-brier antler-rope energy-apparatus. The apparatus is a communication device. It is a symbiotic presence and signifies within the hyper-conscious environment. It wraps to her face and into her large left ear. Portions of the green integument cross her body and glisten like skin in the plasma effluvium. The sentient environmental matrix links her conscious with celestial, strategic information.
Her left hand grasping the container balances the energy structure on her shoulder. The attachment on her left shoulder, along with the grasped container item, form a triangular shape with the light-blue blurred bars and globes directly to her right rear. As held, the triangular structure may aid in the navigation of their path. Could she be transporting a shielded item? Carrying an energy array, could she be protecting something of value? Or, is it a basic piece of equipment displayed? An alternate view suggests the left side portion of the triangular energy array is the edge of a pyramidal structure. The light-blue lines and globes, running nearly parallel to the edge of the rock, connect to form a mechanically operated infrastructure behind her. The dark edges therein form cupules that mark windows and entrances into the structure.
The messenger appears to be listening. Her ears are not bilaterally symmetric. A large ear is extended vertically to her left. Her left ear is as wide as her entire head. Attentive, two visible eyes are set as the edges of her face. She has a low forehead. The long nose tapers down her face. Wide but thin jaws and a tiny mouth suggest she may speak and eat. Her conical head hovers above her slender neck. Could it be she is wearing a tiny top hat? Rather, while she might appear to have short hair, a topknot clasped close to the top of her scalp may depict a ponytail. Her right ear is glowing directly behind her raised thumb. This glow is mirrored by the square energy-buckle below her navel area. This buckle holds a complex harness. The webbing is built into her body, crossing it over and over. On her left hip striding forward, the harness takes the form of a face, an alternate reflection of her own countenance. Here she can communicate with herself in an alternate time-branch. Looking into the reflection, she can share knowledge through a voided space to an objectified personality she inherently trusts to protect her: even as an alter super-ego, these messages from another self raise her level of awareness.
A variety of straps crosses her torso. She displays multiple items arrayed. Center on her chest is a light blue item with a dark, circular center prominently displayed on her mid-riff. Functioning as sensor and sentry, it is imbricated within the webbing. Directly to the left, the blue haze on her wrist also indicates a type of sensor or energy probe. Moving to the bottom left, the item obscuring her right hip is another figure.
The figure at lower left is a companion of the messenger. This smaller entity has masculine qualities. He has a familiar hat and may be making a gesture or signal with his right hand, in front of this face. (The hat he is wearing is also visible on the mounted figure in the image Observe and Retreat.) The sidekick appears to be gazing downward and to his left, below them. He is looking into a thick, glassy, amber energy. His left hand grasps a unit of levers and controls. This blue-suited figure exudes a command of the situation, confident of piloting them through the effluvium. He has expert workman-like responsibility to the journey and the messenger. Without reluctance, he looks gingerly to their rear, watching the distance recede. It is possible their mission is both escape and rendezvous.
The upper left edge of the rock displays a dark-blue blurred background. To the left and behind the messenger, the dark blur depicts an infrastructure fabricated into an arranged, linear pattern. At an angle, sides of structures and rooftops climb the side of some property in the dim, looming distance. The darkened shapes in the messenger also form a structure.
To the left of the center line, another figure is visible. A feminine figure, composed of dark blue and dark green and black, occupies the reverse position of the Messenger. Gazing left in profile, the dark face and head of the captive is visible below a light-toned lizard skeleton-head shape with open mouth, also facing left. The lizard shape is blurred but visible just below the very top edge of the rock. This ancient totem shape sits upon the captive’s head like a crown. The darkened face may have a curiously elongated nose. The captive has slender shoulders and her dark-blue bust is pointed upward at an angle. Her thin neck is clasped in a collar. Her arms are pinned behind her circling the knee of a giant calf and thigh. The captive’s backside is placed firmly on the giant shin bone below the knee.
This giant calf and thigh would be matched to a body were the rock more intact. The giant kneecap is not human, but presents with a human-like ankle, heel and foot at the bottom edge of the composition. The legs of the captive appear truncated, shortened, but the wider view of the rock, which is not visible here, portrays typically long legs extending downward, but not human legs. Her long legs end in a large arched foot, still part of her calf. A large, single, pointed toe at the bottom appears to balance her on a pedestal. Rather than a human foot, her legs appear to end in a unitary padded appendage like a padded heel. This heel becomes the tip of a large toe arched downward on a certain, single foot. The close proximity of the Messenger to this arrangement of legs causes the Messenger to also appear as manifesting the self-same style of locomotion. The legs are a normal length. The calves terminate in a different type of appendage.
Yet, for this view, the terminus of all three pairs of legs appears to be a boat or sled-like carriage. The smaller champion is driving this carriage/boat. In addition, The soldier in armor located in the member image “Grandpa’s Hat” also displays feet-like appendages (with boots) while at the same time appearing to rest in a kind of hovering, energetic box at about knee-level, shown depicted here as well. The soldier in Grandpa’s Hat has a different form of vehicle. it is only big enough for him, and it is tightly closed to his lower legs. Here we can view the vehicle as wide and open enough for at least two occupants. The prow of the vehicle butts up against the hoof of the equine entity.
It may be possible that living material used for propulsion, either feet or machinery, were a malleable plasma affording interchangeable options at any time, transforming into the other. While we can see the “foot” of the giant at the bottom of the scene, juxtaposing into the carriage/boat, the sensation of travel or floating or escaping transfigures the fixity of the foot which may be itself resting on nothing, or flying. Moreover, the short pilot appears to be driving them in the device much like a boat. When they need to walk around, true legs and feet are completely manifested. How can this be? A relationship with matter which transcends human capability is apparent.
The lower right corner contains a notable item. It appears a helmeted figure is pointing, at an angle, a weapon at the Messenger. The hoof of the equine entity becomes the shoulder and foot of a short animal-like lizard form, pointed to the right, with multiple back legs. This animal form seems to have spikes at the neck area. The hindquarters reveal another head of the animal looking left, with a lizard-like beak outlined by the white flashes on the left side of the body of the small companion. The right-hand side of the animal’s head appears to be consuming the weapon pointed from the right lower corner at the messenger.
